Survivor Day

The one day a year when people affected by suicide loss gather around the world at events in their local communities to find comfort and gain understanding as they share stories of healing and hope. 

This year's Survivor Day will be held on November 17, 2018 at Fort Lewis College.

You are enough

Founded on April 10, 2016 by Mary Kate Jackson, You Are Enough is an annual event for those who are suffering from a mental illness, have lost someone to suicide or attempted suicide, and need support. This event encompasses guest speakers, a candlelight vigil, support groups, grief yoga therapy, and information from community partners.

The QPR mission is to reduce suicidal behaviors and save lives by providing innovative, practical, and proven suicide prevention training. QPR believes that quality education empowers all people, regardless of their background, to make a positive difference in the life of someone they know. Trainings are provided for individuals, organizations, and professionals.
